We are proud to share that Răzvan Dincă, our Founding Partner and Dean of the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest, served as Rapporteur Général at the Association Henri Capitant ‘s Korean Days, hosted at Seoul National University.

We have been informed of an ongoing phishing campaign fraudulently using the name Razvan Dinca & Asociatii to deceive individuals and businesses.
Important: Our law firm does NOT send emails from Gmail addresses. If you receive an email claiming to be from us but coming from a Gmail account, it is a scam.
How to Spot the Scam:
– Emails from Gmail addresses falsely claiming to be from our firm
-Requests for confidential data, payments, or login credentials
– Suspicious links or attachments
How to Stay Safe:
– Verify the sender’s email domain—our official communications do NOT come from Gmail
– Do not click on unknown links or download attachments
– Contact us directly via official channels if you receive a suspicious message
We are actively addressing this issue and urge everyone to remain vigilant. If you have received such a message, please report it immediately.

Am fost informați despre o campanie de phishing, care folosește în mod fraudulos numele Razvan Dinca & Asociații pentru a înșela persoane și companii.
Important: Firma noastră NU trimite e-mailuri de pe adrese Gmail. Dacă primiți un e-mail care pretinde că este de la noi, dar provine de la o adresă Gmail, este o tentativă de fraudă.
Cum să recunoașteți atacul:
– E-mailuri trimise de pe adrese Gmail care pretind că sunt din partea noastră
– Cereri de informații confidențiale, plăți sau date de autentificare
– Linkuri sau atașamente suspecte
Cum să vă protejați:
-Verificați domeniul expeditorului – comunicările oficiale de la noi NU provin de pe adrese Gmail
-Nu accesați linkuri necunoscute și nu descărcați atașamente suspecte
-Contactați-ne direct prin canalele oficiale dacă primiți un mesaj suspect
Luăm măsuri pentru a combate această situație și vă îndemnăm să rămâneți vigilenți. Dacă ați primit un astfel de mesaj, vă rugăm să-l raportați imediat.
